Create a Firefox "Live Bookmark" from the Maine.Info RSS Feed

You can add the Maine RSS feed as a "Live Bookmark" right on your Firefox browser and, even better, right on the Firefox toolbar.

Instead of a "static" link added to favorites, you will then have a dynamic, "Live Bookmark" of continuously updated links to upcoming Maine festivals and events.  This includes a link to the Maine.Info compilation of event calendars for organizations throughout Maine.  It is pretty neat!  For those who don't know, Firefox is an alternative to existing browsers, and it is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds.

How To Proceed

1.  Download Firefox from Google.  Also get the Google Toolbar for Firefox: 

2.  After you have installed Firefox, go to the Maine.Info home page.  You will see an orange icon in the lower right hand corner of your Firefox browser.  Just click on the icon and specify where you want the bookmark to be placed.  If you want it on your toolbar for easy access, select "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder."   That's it!

3.  If you completed the above, you now have instant access - on your toolbar - to a continuously updated list of upcoming Maine festivals and events.  This includes, at the bottom of the list, a direct toolbar link to the Maine.Info compilation of event calendars for theaters, symphonies, civic centers, chambers of commerce and many others throughout Maine.
