Submissions for the 2012 season are open! Last year we saw over 2000 people come out to the art walk and total purchases were over $6000 in local art. The buzz is already in full swing but we need artists to submit their work and participate to make this a successful event again. Once every month, from May through September, we will turn the downtowns of Lewiston and Auburn into impressive arts districts. We will fill multiple venues, including vacant buildings with a spectacular array of art exhibits for all to enjoy. Since 1982, the band has been presenting free weekly concerts in downtown Auburn throughout each summer season. These concerts take place every Wednesday evening at Festival Plaza on Main Street, one block south of Great Falls Plaza. This summer’s concerts are scheduled for June 13 through August 22. Concert times are 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., and ample free parking is available in the parking garage across the street. In case of inclement weather, performances will take place inside the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch, located one block North, in Great Falls Plaza.
