Acadia Birding Festival

Jun 12 thru Jun 15, 2008. Bar Harbor. The Acadia Birding Festival was formerly known as the Warblers and Wildflowers Festival. This is an annual celebration of the return of summer's songbirds. Legacy of the Arts Festival

Jun 15 thru Jun 22, 2008. Bar Harbor. The 10th Annual Legacy of the Arts festival celebrates Bar Harbor's rich history of art, music, Native American culture and much more. Activities include live music, art shows, exhibits, workshops, demonstrations and historic tours. The week begins with our traditional Father's Day concert and ends with our 58th annual Art Show on June 21st and 22nd, both on the Village Green in Bar Harbor. Native American Festival and Basketmakers Market

Jul 05, 2008. Bar Harbor. The annual Native American Festival and Basket Makers Market runs from 10 a.m. to 4.m. at the College of the Atlantic Campus, 105 Eden Street (Route 3). It is free and open to the public. Wabanaki Indians will be displaying and selling baskets, carvings, beadwork, dolls and other hand-made items. ImprovAcadia

May 23 thru Oct 18, 2008. Bar Harbor. Enjoy nightly comedy theater in Bar Harbor at ImprovAcadia, 15 Cottage Street. Never the same show twice. The season runs from May 23 to October 18, 2008. Currently, there is one show a night at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Two shows at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday.
