Description: The Cape Courier is an independent newspaper published largely by volunteers. It contains only Cape Elizabeth news, police/fire blotter, real estate transfers, and news of clubs, schools, libraries, houses of worship and neighborhoods. Circulation of the Cape Courier is 4,600 copies, of which 4,000 are mailed free to residents of Cape Elizabeth on the first and third Saturdays of the month, and the remainder left at public places including Town Hall, Thomas Memorial Library and the Pond Cove IGA. Copies are also mailed to out-of-town subscribers. The mailing address is P.O. Box 6242, Cape Elizabeth, Maine 04107.
