Jun 02, 2012. This year marks the race's 17th Anniversary, please help us to make a good one! The course is run on quiet roads and forest trails along the ocean in beautiful Winslow Park, the home of the Lobsterman Triathlon. Registration from 7:15 a.m. to 8:45 am. This is part of the Winslow Park Family Fun Day, a great time for families with all the events free of charge. Enjoy free entrance to the park for the day, hot dogs, ice cream, games, swimming, activities, playground and a moon bounce house. Oceanside camping is available for those wanting to stay over night. Registration is $20 with guaranteed t-shirt through May 24, 2012 and $20 with the possibility of a t-shirt on race day, but it will first come first serve on sizes! Race day registration begins 7:15 a,m. There will be a 1K Kids Fun Run directly after the main race which requires no application or fees and prizes will be provided for each child the runs by Wilbur's of Maine. All Race proceeds go directly local charities and support the Freeport Rotary Club Educational Scholarship program. Jun 23, 2012. Join us for our 2nd Annual June Jog 5k and start your summer off on the right foot. Event benefits our Childcare & Teen Center programs plus the scholarship fund. Race starts at 8 a.m. at the Mast Landing School. Registration 7 a.m.. Fee is $15. Prizes to top finishers in various categories. If race canceled due to extreme weather there is no make-up date or refunds. T-shirts to first 125 to register. Limited parking. 1 mile Kids Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. for $2 fee.
