Join the Maine Dietetic Association at Southern Maine Community College in Jewett Hall and the Culinary Arts Dining Room for an exciting afternoon of presentations by nationally known speaker Shelly Asplin from the Celiac Sprue Foundation who will discuss incorporating whole grains into a gluten-free diet. There will also be discussions about building healthy family meals and gluten-free traveling. Cooking demos, free product samples and restaurant exhibits will round out the afternoon.
