The organizers, Jodie Perry, jeweler; and Linda Perrin, glassblower, have selected thirty five distinguished artisans in a variety of mediums to participate. Aug 20, 2011. The Lovell Arts and Artisans Craft Fair held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. is a long running juried fair, now in its 36th year. About 55 artisans skilled in all types of art work come to the New Suncook School in Lovell Maine, on the third Saturday of every August. The event benefits the Charlotte Hobbs Library in Lovell as participating artists donate a percentage of their sales to the Library and with a judging of work as a prerequisite for entry, it is a very high quality show. Combined with a large book sale of high quality books, home made refreshments and a raffle of art work donated by ten participating artists, this comes together as a wonderful event.
