Merry Wifes of Windsor is a rarely seen Shakespearean comedy with several fantastic female leads and the infamous comedic character John Falstaff best known from Shakespeare's two history plays: Henry IV Part I and II. Auditions: Sunday, February 7th at 3:00 p.m. 3rd floor Camden Opera House and Monday, February 8th at 6:00 p.m. 3rd floor Camden Opera House. Please come prepared with a monologue one minute (or so) in length, preferably Shakespeare - if you don't have a monologue, there will be materials available to cold read at the auditions. Call backs Wednesday February 10th at 6:00 p.m. location TBA. First read through will be on Saturday February 13th time TBA. Whilst for Beane, social interaction is baffling, his sister's trials are in her stressful, professional life where she is "surrounded by dipsticks" and she takes four-minute lunch breaks. An open audition will be held for actors to be considered for a role in "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" on Sunday, March 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Chocolate Church Performing Arts Center. Callbacks will be held on Tuesday, March 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. Please report to the annex. Actors should come prepared to sing an up-tempo song from the show or another contemporary production that shows off their voice and acting skills. An accompanist will be provided, please bring sheet music. There will also be a dance audition. The director is looking for adults to play child spellers as well as two adult moderators, ranging from 18 to 30 years old.
