Camp Winona off the Hio 35 Winona Road in Bridgton, Maine (39 miles from Portland, 38 miles from Lewiston) hosts the Maine Canoe Symposium. Patient, skilled instructors will teach a variety of land and water workshops in canoe paddling, canoe poling, wilderness camping technique, menu planning, and canoe rescue and safety.
