Dec 31, 2011. This New Year's Eve 3rd Rail Jam will take park in the South Ridge Jib Park under the lights. Competitors will battle it out over 3 to 4 rails/boxes and show off their skill while hip-hop artists compete right next to them for top artist of the New Year. Cost is $25 per competitor.
