Up to 500 MB: $15. Each additional 500 MB is $5

Google Apps Standard: Up to 10 email accounts free (see note 1)

Google Apps for Non-Profits: Almost unlimited email accounts free (see note 1)

Google Apps Premier: $50/user/year

Google Postini filtered mailbox: $1 per mailbox

Bandwidth & Data Transfer

100 Mbps Port Speed: 5 GB transfer included. Each additional 5 GB is $5

1,000 Mbps Port Speed: $20 + 5 GB transfer

Databases

Each MySQL database using R1Soft continuous backups to dedicated backup server is $5

Remote Disaster Recovery Backup Server with Daily Backups and 7 Days of Restore Points: Included

Support

If we are called to troubleshoot a problem that turns out to be client-related, or is a client-requested modification or monitoring activity, we will impose a fee of $100/hour billed in 6 minute ($10) increments. Here are some (but not all) of the problems we've been called about, all of which turned out to be server-independent:

o Analysis and assistance with system changes and options
o Email problems
o Google Postini settings or assistance other than default settings
o Google Apps settings or assistance
o Outlook not able to send or receive mail
o Outlook settings
o Password resets
o PHP and other software issues
o Search engine optimization
o Website design and coding
o Website functionality

Notes

Note 1: Maine.Info charges a $100/hour fee for managing free services such as Google Apps Standard & Google Analytics when called upon by the client to do so.

Note 2: Hosting Maintenance Plan includes 3 hours/month of assistance for most of the above Support issues (excluding design, software installs/updates & SEO). All other issues (such as scripts & updates, software installs & SEO) are billed at the above-stated $100/hour.
