02/07/2012 - Restaurant/Hospitality Management
I am moving back to Maine in mid-February and am looking for a restaurant/hospitality management position anywhere southwest of Bangor, and northeast of Portland. My experience is diverse and well balanced between hospitality, culinary and kitchen management, and restaurant consultation/design work; with a wide range of culinary experience, ranging from light vegetarian/vegan meals to heavy Irish meat breads and design knowledge of all restaurant systems including hoods/ HVAC and large refrigeration. I am extremely computer savvy, with internet marketing know-how, as well as direct experience working with accounting software. I am very confident in Spanish, with 1.5 years experience running a hotel in Mexico.
